Ammar – Morocco Travel Connection

To ensure a seamless and carefully curated travel experience, the following arrangements outline the terms under which your journey with Morocco Travel Connection is organized. They are designed to provide clarity while preserving the flexibility and personal attention that define our journeys.

Reservations

Your journey is confirmed once a written booking confirmation has been issued and a deposit of 30% of the total travel price has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to departure. Payments may be made via international bank transfer or secure digital payment gateways. Additional discreet payment arrangements can be organized upon request.

Private Mobility

All journeys are conducted with our private 4×4 Land Cruiser fleet, operated by our experienced in-house drivers and local desert specialists. Should your arrival schedule change — for example due to flight delays — we will adapt the timing of your journey accordingly, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start to your experience.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our boutique riads, private villas, and desert camps, reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • Up to 45 days before departure — administrative fee of 10% of the total travel price
  • 44–30 days before departure – 30% of the total travel price
  • 29–14 days before departure – 70% of the total travel price
  • Less than 14 days before departure or no-show – 100% of the total travel price

Insurance

All guests are required to hold comprehensive travel medical insurance and trip cancellation coverage. Participation in outdoor activities, excursions, or desert experiences takes place within the scope of the traveler’s personal insurance coverage and responsibility.

Nature & Flexibility

Travel in Morocco — especially in the Sahara Desert and Atlas regions — follows the rhythm of nature. In rare cases where weather conditions or local circumstances require adjustments to the planned route or schedule, we will ensure an equivalent alternative that maintains the quality and spirit of your journey.

Privacy & Discretion

Discretion is one of the foundations of our service. Any photographs or videos taken during your journey will only be used with your explicit written consent. Your personal images remain part of your private archive.

Data Protection

All personal information entrusted to us is treated with strict confidentiality. Your data is used solely for the purpose of coordinating reservations with selected partners (such as hotels, riads, or activity providers). By confirming your booking, you consent to the necessary sharing of relevant information required for your comfort and safety.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring the validity of all required travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least six months upon entry into Morocco. Compliance with all visa and entry requirements remains the responsibility of the traveler.

Personal Preferences

Your individual preferences — such as room configuration, location, or specific amenities — are an important part of our planning process. We carefully communicate all requests to our partners in advance. While every effort is made to accommodate these wishes, the final implementation remains with the respective hotel or service provider. Should any detail not fully meet your expectations, we will assist immediately in finding an appropriate solution.

Service Commitment

Our aim is to ensure that your journey runs smoothly, comfortably, and without unnecessary concerns. Should any aspect of your experience not meet your expectations, we encourage you to inform us immediately so that we can assist and resolve the matter without delay. Guests who book our Priority Service benefit from access to our 24/7 concierge communication channel.

Governing Law

These travel arrangements are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Marrakech.
