Additional discreet payment arrangements can be organized upon request.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Private Mobility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All journeys are conducted with our private 4\u00d74 Land Cruiser fleet, operated by our experienced in-house drivers and local desert specialists.\nShould your arrival schedule change \u2014 for example due to flight delays \u2014 we will adapt the timing of your journey accordingly, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start to your experience.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Due to the <strong>exclusive nature of our boutique riads, private villas, and desert camps<\/strong>, reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Up to 45 days before departure<\/strong> \u2014 administrative fee of <strong>10% of the total travel price<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>44\u201330 days before departure \u2013 30% of the total travel price<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>29\u201314 days before departure \u2013 70% of the total travel price<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 14 days before departure or no-show \u2013 100% of the total travel price<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All guests are required to hold comprehensive travel medical insurance and trip cancellation coverage.\nParticipation in outdoor activities, excursions, or desert experiences takes place within the scope of the traveler\u2019s personal insurance coverage and responsibility.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nature &amp; Flexibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Travel in Morocco \u2014 especially in the Sahara Desert and Atlas regions \u2014 follows the rhythm of nature.\nIn rare cases where weather conditions or local circumstances require adjustments to the planned route or schedule, we will ensure an equivalent alternative that maintains the quality and spirit of your journey.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Privacy &amp; Discretion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Discretion is one of the foundations of our service.\nAny photographs or videos taken during your journey will only be used with your explicit written consent.
