How does the planning process begin? 

Every journey starts with a personal conversation. You may reach out via the inquiry form or directly through WhatsApp. From there we discuss your ideas, dates, interests and preferred style of travel before crafting your itinerary step by step. Once we understand the direction of your journey we prepare a meticulously structured proposal based on your requirements and the desired nature of the experience.

Am I in direct contact with Ammar? 

Yes. You remain in direct contact with me throughout the planning phase and this personal communication continues during your entire journey whenever desired. This direct exchange is one of the reasons why the experience feels personal from the very beginning. It allows us to manage expectations, preferences and adjustments with absolute clarity and continuity.

How bespoke is the itinerary? 

Each itinerary is individually crafted. Within this service we do not offer public departures or shared travel formats. Your journey is shaped around your preferred pace, your interests and the specific experience you wish to have in Morocco. This ensures that the route, rhythm, style of accommodation and encounters are tailored to you rather than being taken from a fixed template.

How far in advance should I inquire? 

Whenever possible we recommend an early inquiry especially for travel during peak seasons, private celebrations, executive travel or itineraries involving highly sought after luxury accommodations. Depending on availability we are also able to accommodate short term requests. The earlier we begin the planning process the more precisely we can shape your journey and secure the environments that best align with your expectations.

Can I contact you directly via WhatsApp?

The journey is never built around outside participants but exclusively around the people you choose to travel with.

Prices, Booking & Payment

How does the pricing for a private journey work? 

The price of a private Moroccan journey depends on several factors such as the duration, the number of travellers, the chosen level of comfort and the regions you wish to experience. We intentionally work without fixed package prices as every journey is individually crafted for you. Your proposal reflects exactly what you choose to book, free of hidden costs or standardized programmes. Following our initial conversation you will receive a transparent and meticulously prepared proposal within 24 to 48 hours.

What is typically included? 

Each journey is bespoke. Depending on the arrangement the price usually includes personal hosting, private transport via our Land Cruiser fleet, handpicked accommodations such as boutique riads, private villas or desert camps as well as selected local experiences. Flights, personal expenses and insurance are not included in the base price. All included and excluded services are clearly itemized in your proposal to provide a complete overview before you confirm your booking.

How do booking and payment work? 

Your journey is confirmed once a written booking confirmation has been issued and a deposit of 30% of the total travel price has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to departure. Payments may be made via international bank transfer or secure digital payment gateways. Additional discreet payment arrangements can be organized upon request.

What is the cancellation policy? 

Due to the exclusive nature of our boutique riads, private villas and desert camps, reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Up to 45 days before departure: administrative fee of 10% of the total travel price
• 44 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total travel price
• 29 to 14 days before departure: 70% of the total travel price
• Less than 14 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total travel price

Insurance, Nature & Flexibility 

All guests are required to hold comprehensive travel medical insurance and trip cancellation coverage. Travel in Morocco, especially in the Sahara Desert and Atlas regions, follows the rhythm of nature. In rare cases where weather conditions or local circumstances require adjustments to the planned route, we will ensure an equivalent alternative that maintains the quality and spirit of your journey.

Is Morocco safe for a private journey? 

For a meticulously planned private journey with experienced local hosting, Morocco can be explored with great tranquility and comfort. Guests benefit from our deep local knowledge, carefully curated routes and trusted partners throughout the kingdom. This direct support creates a framework that feels significantly more secure and effortless than independent travel. We nevertheless recommend consulting the latest travel advice from your relevant national authorities before departure.

Do I require a visa for Morocco? 

Entry requirements depend on your nationality and are subject to change. As a guest it is your responsibility to verify the current visa and entry regulations for your specific passport. It is also essential to ensure that your passport holds the required validity period at the time of entry. When in doubt we recommend consulting the relevant embassy or an official government source prior to your journey.

When is the best time to visit Morocco? 

Morocco can be visited year round, though the ideal season depends on the regions you wish to include. For the Sahara and many city explorations, the months from autumn through spring are often particularly pleasant. The Atlantic coast remains attractive for much of the year, while the Atlas Mountains reveal their unique beauty during spring and autumn. Midsummer can be extremely hot, especially in desert regions. We are happy to advise you on the best timing for your specific experience.

How many days should I plan for a private Moroccan journey? 

This depends entirely on your interests and the regions you wish to experience. Shorter journeys of four to five days are well suited for focused experiences such as a coastal retreat or a desert expedition. For a more complete journey connecting the desert, mountains, coast and imperial cities, a more generous pace is usually recommended. In many cases a period of eight to twelve days allows the journey to unfold with a sense of serene ease. We help you design an itinerary that feels balanced and realistic for your available time.

What happens if I need to change or postpone my journey? 

We understand that life circumstances can change. Should you require adjustments please contact us as early as possible so we can explore the available options together. Depending on the timing, confirmed reservations and the nature of your itinerary, certain accommodations or partner services may no longer be changeable free of charge. We will discuss all possibilities with you transparently and strive to find the most suitable solution within the scope of your booking.

What happens if something unexpected occurs during the journey?

In rare instances such as unforeseen weather conditions or local operational changes, it may become necessary to adjust parts of the route or daily schedule. In such cases we work to provide an equivalent alternative that preserves the quality, atmosphere and coherence of your journey as closely as possible. Throughout the entire experience you remain in direct contact with me and my team to ensure any changes are managed swiftly, calmly and with personal guidance.

How do you ensure the journey runs smoothly?

Every detail of your journey is meticulously coordinated in advance, from accommodations and transport to timing and experiences. Our long standing relationships with carefully selected partners across Morocco provide the foundation for this. Personal requests such as room configurations, dietary preferences or special arrangements are communicated early to ensure a seamless experience. We remain available to you throughout your journey and respond directly should any aspect require adjustment.

Can I truly travel in complete privacy? 

Yes. Within this service every journey is designed exclusively for your own circle without shared formats or outside participants. The accommodations we select are chosen for their privacy, tranquility and character. Fully exclusive properties can be arranged upon request. Your discretion is paramount to us. Any photographs or videos captured during your journey are used only with your explicit written consent.

In which languages do you communicate?

We communicate in English, German and Arabic, and additional language support can be arranged depending on your journey. For guests who prefer a closer cultural and linguistic connection, we offer an optional companion fluent in German or Spanish. This can be particularly beneficial for longer journeys, multi-generational groups or guests who desire an entirely natural and effortless flow of communication throughout the experience.

Can you arrange a German- or Spanish-speaking companion? 

Yes. Upon request we can provide an additional companion to support communication and cultural insight throughout the journey. This option can also include curated photography and cinematography, documenting selected moments of your experience while you remain fully present in the moment.

Can desert, coast and cities be combined in one journey? 

Yes. Many of our guests choose to connect the Sahara, Morocco’s Atlantic coast, the Atlas Mountains and cities such as Marrakech, Fes or Casablanca within one private itinerary. The route is designed to feel coherent and comfortable, ensuring that the transitions between vastly different landscapes remain natural and follow a balanced pace.

Can you accommodate special requests or unconventional ideas? 

Yes. As every journey is individually crafted we are often able to integrate highly personal requests. This may include special celebrations, private dinners in unique settings, specific wellness elements or highly discreet executive requirements.
